We love to make a Margarita Pizza with fresh basil, Mmmm!

What? You wonder how we make it? It is easy.

Just grab your favorite pizza crust ( we use a boxed one , we like to make a thin crust for this pizza)

Mix some garlic powder and olive oil, then spread on the crust.

Sprinkle lightly with mozzarella cheese

Place thinly sliced tomatoes on top of cheese

Sprinkle with chopped fresh Basil

Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Bake 18 – 20 minutes or until light golden brown.

Sorry no picture of the pizza, it never lasts long enough.

  1. Hi Lynn, sounds good! Basil always seems so fragile when it sprouts. We haven’t had much luck with herbs grown inside during winter (except for onions). Just not enough light it seems. Then again, I’m not good with inside plants at the best of times. Bob
